She is accomplished in operations management and analytic driven approaches to problem solving. Karimah is known for fostering a culture of collaboration, achievement, and excellence. She has a talent for leading cross functional teams and cultivating partnerships that prioritize equity and inclusive growth.
She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Hamden Democratic Town Committee and President of the RF Youth Boxing Program. The common theme throughout her professional experience and personal life is her passion to help others.
